Q- The cabel is off and the door is crooked?
A- Posible broken spring above the garage door (when door is in down position).
DO NOT TOUCH SPRINGS or BOTTOM FIXTURES.
Q- Motor is running, but you have no movement?
A- Possible gear and sprocket inside the motor has stripped out.
Q- Need to hold down garage door button (inside the garage) to close garage door?
A- Opener safety sensors are out of alignment. Make sure they have solid lights.
Q- Remote will not work?
A- Replace the battery. If that does not work, replace the remote with a new one.
Q- What should I lube the garage door with?
A- Use only non-silicone spray. DO NOT use WD-40.
Q- When should I have my garage door serviced?
A- Garage doors are the largest moving object in your house. You should have your garage
door and operator serviced at least once a year for preventative maintentance.
